So many fans who have discovered Celtic Woman and have fallen in love with their music experience a change. Sometimes those changes are outward, but most often they are changes that only the heart can feel. Many of us have long-described their music as healing - not just healing for physical pain, but emotional pain as well.

Don and Ann are two fans who have been greatly touched by CW. Don and Ann recently created a fan forum dedicated to the ladies. Don shared with us the ways in which he has been so touched by their music:

"My back is destroyed, and it hurts all of the time. I had to stay on a heating pad everyday so the heat would keep it from hurting. The doctors tell me it is going to get worse. But when I hear Celtic Woman, the pain just goes away; it is great. I went to a CW concert in April, sat for two hours, and had not one bit of pain. That felt so good!

"When I hear Celtic Woman music, I feel I have a reason to keep going. I thank God everyday for bringing CW into my life. I know they are singing to thousands of people, but it sure seems like they are singing just to me."

It takes a very dedicated and loyal fan to take action and decide to do something special for their favorite music group. It's amazing how many regular people who do not know anything at all about web design or graphics have taught themselves how to make banners, avatars - even produce an entire website or forum - just to express their love and appreciation for CW. It is not because they desire to compete with the other websites and forums out there, but it is done as a means to reach more people, and to spread more of the CW love. These people truly believe in CW.

Don and Ann decided to expand their CW forum and create a fan club; they asked for, and received permission from Celtic Woman Management to form their "unofficial fan club," and to print their own pictures to give away to members. But Don tells us he wants to do even more:

"I'm having a drawing for $25.00 off of anything a person buys in the Celtic Woman Store," Don says. "I'm going to try and do this once a month. The reason I'm doing this is because I want someone to be able to get what they want from the CW Store, and not have to pay for all of it themselves. I'm just trying to help. I care that much about Celtic Woman. I will do anything I can to promote CW. I hope this does not sound corny, but Celtic Woman has done more for me then they will ever know."

We are proud to have the Méav fan site and The Lark newsletter affiliated with Don's forum. He shares the same selfless spirit as many of CW's most loyal fans, wanting to see the group continue its success for many years to come.
